Ingredients

500 gr pork ribs, chopped
250 gr pork backbone, chopped
6 piece(s) fresh corn cobs, sliced
250 gr green beans
500 gr yellow potatoes, cut
6 piece(s) large cabbage leaves, chopped
1 tbsp cilantro and scallion, finely chopped
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Put the ribs, backbone and beans to cook in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the corn kernels, potatoes, cabbage, salt and pepper, let boil for 25 minutes.
