Ingredients
500 gr wheat flour
6 piece(s) eggs, beaten
375 gr pork lard
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
oil
Directions
  1. Dissolve the yeast, salt and sugar in a little water.
  2. Beat the whites to stiff peaks and add the yolks little by little while continuing to beat.
  3. Add the prepared yeast, lard, flour, and continue beating slowly.
  4. Form the rosquillas, round and hollow in the middle, let rest for 1 hour covered with a cloth.
  5. Once they have risen a little, make vertical cuts on the edges and then horizontal cuts, interspersed, with scissors.
  6. Fry in abundant oil, turning with a stick, until they brown and the cuts burst.
