Directions
- Dissolve the yeast, salt and sugar in a little water.
- Beat the whites to stiff peaks and add the yolks little by little while continuing to beat.
- Add the prepared yeast, lard, flour, and continue beating slowly.
- Form the rosquillas, round and hollow in the middle, let rest for 1 hour covered with a cloth.
- Once they have risen a little, make vertical cuts on the edges and then horizontal cuts, interspersed, with scissors.
- Fry in abundant oil, turning with a stick, until they brown and the cuts burst.
