Directions
- Cook ripe squash for 20 minutes, then separate peel and make purée from pulp.
- In pot, add eggs and butter. Gradually add flour and baking powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Stir constantly with wooden spoon and finally add raisins.
- Once paste is consistent, grease and flour baking sheet to bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- To verify it's well cooked: insert knife and if it comes out clean, remove from oven.
- Let cool to later cut and enjoy with tasty freshly brewed coffee.
