Ripe Squash Pudding

Ingredients
1 ripe squash
4 eggs
2 flour
1 baking powder
1 vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 butter
raisins (optional)
Directions
  1. Cook ripe squash for 20 minutes, then separate peel and make purée from pulp.
  2. In pot, add eggs and butter. Gradually add flour and baking powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir constantly with wooden spoon and finally add raisins.
  4. Once paste is consistent, grease and flour baking sheet to bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
  5. To verify it's well cooked: insert knife and if it comes out clean, remove from oven.
  6. Let cool to later cut and enjoy with tasty freshly brewed coffee.
