piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped

piece(s) round onions, peeled and chopped

piece(s) garlic cloves, finely chopped

piece(s) creole peppers, chopped

piece(s) finely chopped green bell pepper (optional)

tbsp chopped chillangua (culantro)

tbsp chopped poleo (pennyroyal)

tbsp achiote oil (annatto)
pinch salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Directions
- Grind everything with grinding stone and sauté in oil, stirring until achieving smooth sauce (approximately 10 minutes).
- Can increase or decrease ingredients according to intended use or personal taste.
- Used to season a large number of appetizing dishes, same way as hogo, hogao and other very similar preparations.
