Directions
- Desalt the mountain meat for 10 minutes in boiling water with some green plantain peels.
- Discard the water and cook in the 14 cups of boiling water (for approximately 20 minutes).
- Then add the chicken, refrito, plantains, potatoes and yuca, and let boil for 20 minutes on medium heat.
- Add salt and pepper and ensure everything is tender and garnish with egg slices.
