Ingredients
4 flour
2 ground panela (unrefined cane sugar)
2 butter or margarine
3 whole eggs
3 milk
2 baking powder
1 vanilla
1 cup(s) shredded coconut
a pinch of salt
a pinch of baking soda
Directions
  1. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the butter or margarine until it becomes powdery, then separately blend the eggs, milk and vanilla and add to the dry ingredients.
  2. Form into small balls and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 360° degrees.
