Directions
  1. I cook the peeled plátanos with the culantro de coyote, three crushed garlic cloves, and a teaspoon of salt and ajinomoto.
  2. Save the broth where the plátanos were cooked, I finely chop the plátanos, the tomatoes, the chiles dulces, the onions, and the culantro de castilla; after making the broth I add the limes, the chicken bouillon and the salt, plus sugar to taste and mix everything together.
