chorizo, ground meat or shredded meat

roll(s) culantro (long coriander)

Worcestershire sauce

Directions
- Cook the beans with just salt.
- Peel and chop the potatoes and cook them with salt and bouillon.
- Fry the chorizo and dry it in a separate skillet.
- Chop the onion, sweet pepper, and culantro.
- Place the meat in a pot with oil, butter, onion, sweet pepper, and garlic.
- Then add the potatoes and finally the beans.
- Mix everything and add the culantro, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon.
- Ready to serve with homemade tortillas.
