Ingredients
2 potatoes
½ chorizo, ground meat or shredded meat
1 package(s) white beans
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
1 roll(s) culantro (long coriander)
1 garlic
salt
bouillon
Worcestershire sauce
butter
Directions
  1. Cook the beans with just salt.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes and cook them with salt and bouillon.
  3. Fry the chorizo and dry it in a separate skillet.
  4. Chop the onion, sweet pepper, and culantro.
  5. Place the meat in a pot with oil, butter, onion, sweet pepper, and garlic.
  6. Then add the potatoes and finally the beans.
  7. Mix everything and add the culantro, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon.
  8. Ready to serve with homemade tortillas.
