Ingredients
8 piece(s) green plantains
1 kg potatoes
1 kg beef
1 tsp achiote (annatto)
6 clove(s) garlic
pinch oregano to taste
beef broth
Directions
  1. Cook plantains, potatoes, and meat individually.
  2. Chop potatoes and plantains into small cubes.
  3. Chop meat into small pieces.
  4. Chop garlic, sweet pepper, and oregano.
  5. Sauté. When ready, pour plantains, potatoes, and meat into bowl and stir.
  6. Place in tortillas and ready to serve.
