pinch oil to taste
Directions
- Previously cook potatoes in meat broth.
- Then when we have chopped potatoes and shredded meats.
- In large pot, fry all chopped aromatics and gradually add potato and meats.
- Also gradually add pepper, oil, achiote, and previously cooked white beans.
- Mix for 30 minutes until finished.
