Ingredients
3 kg potatoes
2 kg cecina (salted dried beef)
1/2 kg pork
1/4 kg chorizo
1/2 kg white beans
1 piece(s) onion
3 clove(s) garlic
2 piece(s) sweet peppers
1 bunch culantro (cilantro)
1 piece(s) bag of pepper
5 piece(s) bouillon packets
pinch achiote to taste
pinch oil to taste
Directions
  1. Previously cook potatoes in meat broth.
  2. Then when we have chopped potatoes and shredded meats.
  3. In large pot, fry all chopped aromatics and gradually add potato and meats.
  4. Also gradually add pepper, oil, achiote, and previously cooked white beans.
  5. Mix for 30 minutes until finished.
