Ingredients
2 potatoes with skin
1 cecina (salt-cured beef)
2 onions
2 peppers
1 bunch of culantro
Directions
  1. Cook the potatoes. When they're soft, peel and chop them.
  2. Fry the meat with the onion and bell pepper.
  3. Add the potato and culantro, and mix.
