8 piece(s) large cucumbers
1 piece(s) onion, peeled and grated
2 tbsp butter
2 cup(s) milk
Directions
  1. Stew 1 pound (500 gr) ground beef · 1 pound (500 gr) potatoes, peeled and diced · 3 garlic cloves, chopped · 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped · 2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped · 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped · 2 tablespoons oil · 1½ cup water · cumin, color and salt to taste.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté the meat and potatoes together, add the rest of the ingredients and cook stirring for 15 minutes, until obtaining a thick stew.
  3. Open the cucumbers by cutting the top part (lengthwise).
  4. Clean out the seeds and parboil in salted water for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove, drain and fill with the stew.
  6. Place in a pan, lying down, bathe with the milk, butter and onion, cook over low heat, for 20 minutes, and serve accompanied by rice.
