Ingredients
750 gr arracacha, peeled, cooked and ground
2 cup(s) empanada filling [see p. 252]
pinch salt and pepper to taste
oil
Directions
  1. Mix arracacha masa, salt and pepper, and knead well.
  2. Take portions and flatten, put a tablespoon of filling in center and close giving oval shape.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden.
