Directions
- Mix the corn masa, cheese and butter, and knead to form a smooth dough.
- Grease a mold.
- With half the dough cover the bottom of the mold; then put the chicken and bathe with eggs beaten in milk.
- Cover everything with another layer of dough and let rest.
- Then, with a brush paint with egg white and bring to preheated oven at 300°, for 20 minutes.
