Ingredients
1 piece(s) braised chicken, deboned and shredded
10 piece(s) tender corn cobs, kernels removed and ground
250 gr fresh white cheese, grated
125 gr butter
4 piece(s) eggs, beaten
1 piece(s) egg white
2 cup(s) creamy milk
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Mix the corn masa, cheese and butter, and knead to form a smooth dough.
  2. Grease a mold.
  3. With half the dough cover the bottom of the mold; then put the chicken and bathe with eggs beaten in milk.
  4. Cover everything with another layer of dough and let rest.
  5. Then, with a brush paint with egg white and bring to preheated oven at 300°, for 20 minutes.
