Ingredients
For the shell:

For the filling:

3 1/4 cups ripe squash pulp

egg

cup(s) evaporated milk

cup(s) condensed milk

cinnamon
1/4
ground cloves
1/4
ground nutmeg
Directions
- The shell: Combine flour with sugar and salt. Add butter and with help of fork form crumbs.
- Add egg yolk, water, and vanilla.
- Form dough and let rest for half hour at room temperature.
- Flour surface and then roll out dough. Place in round mold.
- The filling: Mix all ingredients in deep bowl and mix well with hand whisk.
- To assemble: Incorporate filling into shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes at temperature of 175°C.
