1 kg cooked yellow corn
1 cup(s) queso Bagaces (Costa Rican cheese)
1 bottle(s) sour milk
salt to taste
1 1/2 piece(s) stick of butter
Directions
  1. Beat all the ingredients and form the parrangas.
  2. Place them on plantain leaves and bake in a very hot clay oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
