Ingredients
1500 gr tocarreña or sabana potatoes
4 piece(s) scallion stalks, cut into strips
2 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
250 gr cheese, grated
1/2 cup(s) milk cream
2 tbsp oil
pinch cumin, pepper and salt to taste
Directions
  1. Partially peel the potatoes and cook in salted water for 45 minutes, until soft.
  2. Separately, prepare a stew by sautéing in oil the tomatoes, onions, cream, cheese and seasonings.
  3. Remove the potatoes, place on a tray and bathe (or drench) with the sauté, serve hot.
  4. They are inseparable companions of sobrebarriga sudada.
