Directions
- Dissolve the yeast in warm coconut milk.
- Mix flour, sugar, spices and grated coconut.
- Add melted butter, egg, vanilla and the yeast mixture.
- Knead well, add the candied fruits.
- Let rest until it doubles in volume.
- Form the breads and let rest 30 more minutes.
- Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
