Directions
- Shell the corn ears and grind them in a machine, then strain them as finely as possible (through a cloth).
- Cook on low heat the sugar with the strained corn, cloves, jamaica, cinnamon sticks, vanilla, and water. Stir constantly with a wooden paddle to prevent it from sticking to the bottom until it thickens.
- Pour into molds or a pot until it cools.
