Ingredients
20 hard corn ears (mature)
1 sugar
10 cloves
8 jamaica (hibiscus flowers)
4 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla
Directions
  1. Shell the corn ears and grind them in a machine, then strain them as finely as possible (through a cloth).
  2. Cook on low heat the sugar with the strained corn, cloves, jamaica, cinnamon sticks, vanilla, and water. Stir constantly with a wooden paddle to prevent it from sticking to the bottom until it thickens.
  3. Pour into molds or a pot until it cools.
