Ingredients
4 unflavored gelatin
1 can(s) large condensed milk
1 can(s) sweet cream
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
5 piece(s) large passion fruits
1 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) passion fruit juice (for sauce)
1 cup(s) water
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
  1. Blend the passion fruit with 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup of that juice.
  3. Put the gelatin in one cup of water and microwave it.
  4. For one minute, blend it together with the condensed milk, sweet cream, and passion fruit juice.
  5. Strain and pour into a mold.
  6. Sauce: Mix everything and bring to a boil.
