Ingredients
1 kg pork meat pulp, with little fat
6 piece(s) green onion stalks, chopped (including the green part)
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
3 tbsp sour orange juice
pinch salt and cumin to taste
thin pork casing, soaked
Directions
  1. Chop the meat and season very well with the onion, parsley, cumin and salt.
  2. Bathe with the sour orange juice, let rest and stuff into the casing.
  3. Tie and hang, keep well aired.
  4. Fry or grill to serve.
  5. Eat with salted potatoes.
