Ingredients

kg pork meat pulp, with little fat
6
piece(s) green onion stalks, chopped (including the green part)

tbsp parsley, chopped
3
tbsp sour orange juice
pinch salt and cumin to taste
thin pork casing, soaked
Directions
- Chop the meat and season very well with the onion, parsley, cumin and salt.
- Bathe with the sour orange juice, let rest and stuff into the casing.
- Tie and hang, keep well aired.
- Fry or grill to serve.
- Eat with salted potatoes.
