Directions
- Wash the jocotes well and remove the stems, make cuts in the jocotes.
- Put them to cook in a pot, cover them with water, when they are well burst remove them from the heat and drain the water, save 1/2 cup of this water, add the 2 cups of grated sugar cone to the jocotes and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- If you notice the mixture is too dry, add the 1/2 cup of reserved water by spoonfuls.
- Mash the jocotes well and let cool along with the seeds.
