pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook cabbage leaves, approximately 10 minutes (should not be too soft).
- Spread out, one by one and fill with a little filling.
- Roll and put with folds facing down.
- Place in bottom of a pot or casserole, cover with hogao dissolved in milk and conserve covered for 15 minutes on low heat.
