Ingredients
16 piece(s) cabbage leaves (vein removed)
4 cup(s) empanada filling [see p. 252]
1 cup(s) hogao (Colombian tomato-onion sauce) [see p. 253]
2 cup(s) milk
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook cabbage leaves, approximately 10 minutes (should not be too soft).
  2. Spread out, one by one and fill with a little filling.
  3. Roll and put with folds facing down.
  4. Place in bottom of a pot or casserole, cover with hogao dissolved in milk and conserve covered for 15 minutes on low heat.
