Ingredients
1/2 flour
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 butter
3 eggs
1 level teaspoon of yeast
1 vanilla
Filling:
300 finely chopped grapefruit in syrup
3 finely chopped figs in syrup
1 finely chopped raisins
Directions
  1. Mix flour, sugar, melted butter, and eggs previously beaten with the vanilla.
  2. Separately, mix the yeast with warm water and once it rises, mix it with the previous mixture.
  3. Knead and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes. Knead again and make rolls, adding the filling.
  4. Let rise for 2 hours. Bake.
