Directions
  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, let rest for 10 to 15 minutes, then mix with 26% of the flour and let rest for 3 hours, then add all the ingredients and knead until the whole mixture reaches the desired point of elasticity and malleability.
  2. Form the buns which are placed on a previously greased tray and bake for 20 minutes.
