1 kg chicken livers
250 gr bacon, diced small
3 piece(s) scallions, finely chopped
1 piece(s) green (or red) bell pepper, finely chopped
2 piece(s) limes (juice)
1/2 piece(s) teaspoon of oregano, ground
1/2 tsp cilantro, chopped

Directions
  1. Once clean, chop the livers and sprinkle with lemon juice and let rest aside.
  2. Fry the bacon and in the same fat it releases, fry the onions, bell pepper and then the livers until firm.
  3. Add the cilantro, oregano, salt and pepper and sauté to taste over high heat. (Optional: you can add a little sherry or white wine).
