Directions
- Bring the milk to a boil. When it boils, add the sugar but not too much.
- Dissolve the gelatin in ½ cup of hot water and add it. Beat the yolks and whites separately, add the yolks until it boils well, stirring constantly since adding the gelatin. Remove from heat and fold in the whites gently.
