kg fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled

cup(s) slightly sour heavy cream, well beaten

tbsp lime juice
Directions
- Take ¾ pound (375 gr) of strawberries and blend with the sugar and a little water, then cook over low heat for a few minutes until obtaining a smooth liquid jam.
- Cut the rest of the strawberries in half and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Take 8 glass or crystal cups, fill them with the strawberries mixed with a little cream, bathe with the jam and serve.
