Ingredients
1 cup(s) sugar
2 square bread
1 piece(s) stick of butter
10 piece(s) sugared figs, halved
1 bottle(s) milk
1 tsp vanilla
5 piece(s) eggs
2 piece(s) small boxes of dulce de leche
sugared cinnamon to taste
Directions
  1. Make a caramel with the sugar and place it in the baking dish.
  2. Spread the bread slices on both sides with butter, first cutting off the crusts, and place a layer of bread covering the caramel, then a layer of figs and so on, finishing with a layer of bread.
  3. Beat the milk, vanilla, dulce de leche, eggs, and cinnamon and pour over the bread and bake at 117°C for one hour.
  4. Decorate with meringue.
