Ingredients
3 piece(s) lobsters
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 piece(s) pearl onions, peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Parboil lobsters for 10 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Cut shell, remove meat whole, let cool and cut into slices.
  3. Prepare sauce with lemon juice, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, salt and pepper, in which to marinate slices.
  4. Serve as appetizer or starter, accompanied with soda crackers.
