Ingredients
500 gr masa de maíz agria (sour corn dough)
250 gr shredded crab meat (or peeled and chopped shrimp)
1/2 cup(s) refrito (Colombian sautéed base) [see p. 50]
500 gr potatoes, cooked and finely chopped
pinch salt to taste

Directions
  1. Mix crab meat with onion, tomato, salt and pepper.
  2. Form masa into circles, fill with crab mixture, fold and seal.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden.
