1 water
500 gr sugar
1 piece(s) lime (juice)
Directions
  1. Peel the mameys, making sure to remove the membrane that covers the pulp so they don't become bitter.
  2. Cut the pulp into thin slices that are put in boiling water for a while, discard the water and repeat the operation 3 times.
  3. Prepare a syrup with sugar and water and add the mamey slices, which are left to soak to taste.
  4. Add the lemon juice and serve in a candy dish.
