250 gr maíz sabanero (savanna corn)
500 gr green fava beans
500 gr small sabana potatoes, peeled
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
4 piece(s) green onion stalks, chopped
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Grind the corn coarsely, put with the onion and salt to cook for approximately 1 hour, add the rest of the ingredients and let cook until they soften completely (for about 30 minutes).
  2. Lower the heat and serve.
