gr lentils, soaked overnight in 10 cups water

Directions
- In boiling water cook the plantains for 20 minutes.
- Add the shellfish, fish, refrito, salt and pepper, cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and coconut milk, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
