Ingredients
3 cup(s) ground fresh cheese
1 1/2 cup(s) corn flour
2 piece(s) beaten eggs
1/4 cup(s) milk
1 tsp sugar
oil
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead until you achieve a soft dough.
  2. Form small balls with wet hands and fry in hot oil.
  3. Cover, when they puff up and rise increase the heat and let them brown.
  4. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
