Ingredients
1 kg fresh cuajada (cheese curd), well squeezed
500 gr achira starch
2 piece(s) egg yolks
125 gr butter, melted and cold
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and grind together.
  2. Knead well and let rest a bit.
  3. Make the biscuits about 5 cm long and 1½ cm wide working them with hands.
  4. Place on a greased pan in preheated oven at 400°, for 10 minutes.
  5. Very famous are those from Altamira and Fortalecillas.
