Ingredients
1 kg yuca (cassava), peeled
2 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Grate yuca, wrap bran in a cloth.
  2. Twist well to squeeze until dry (optional: mix with grated cheese).
  3. Cook by placing in a greased pan on low heat.
  4. When it finishes drying and browns (in approximately 20 minutes), remove and cut into portions.
  5. Serve hot to accompany stews.
