Directions
- Grate yuca, wrap bran in a cloth.
- Twist well to squeeze until dry (optional: mix with grated cheese).
- Cook by placing in a greased pan on low heat.
- When it finishes drying and browns (in approximately 20 minutes), remove and cut into portions.
- Serve hot to accompany stews.
