Ingredients
2 cup(s) rice
6 cup(s) coconut milk-water
1 cup(s) coconut cream [see p. 320]
1/2 cup(s) dried raisins
pinch pinch of salt
pinch sugar to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the rice in the 6 cups of milk-water with the pinch of salt (about 20 minutes).
  2. When it bursts and starts to dry, but still very moist, add the sugar, raisins and coconut cream; stir and cook over low heat until it reaches the desired consistency.
