1 kg fresh corn masa (tender corn)
1/2 piece(s) grated panela
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Directions
  1. Mix masa with panela and spices.
  2. Knead well and form arepas 1 cm thick and 10 cm diameter.
  3. Roast on hot griddle until golden on both sides.
