Ingredients
3 piece(s) peeled and cut ripe plantains
8 cup(s) water
2 cup(s) milk
Directions
  1. Cook the plantains in water until they are soft. Remove them and reserve the water.
  2. With the help of a fork make a puree with the plantain; gradually mix in the cooking water and milk, until it has a creamy consistency, like a drink.
  3. Drink cold and with ice. It's not recommended to keep it from one day to the next because it ferments very easily.
