Directions
- Cook the plantains in water until they are soft. Remove them and reserve the water.
- With the help of a fork make a puree with the plantain; gradually mix in the cooking water and milk, until it has a creamy consistency, like a drink.
- Drink cold and with ice. It's not recommended to keep it from one day to the next because it ferments very easily.
