Ingredients
4 piece(s) hartón plantains, very ripe
250 gr white cheese, salted, cut in thin slices
2 tbsp butter
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Should use plantains that are very ripe, tender and with black skin.
  2. Place on grill unpeeled and grill turning constantly.
  3. Check cooking; when ready peel and return to grill to brown a little on all sides.
  4. Make a lengthwise cut to the heart, open and spread with butter.
  5. Place cheese slices and return to grill for a few minutes to heat and half-melt cheese.
  6. Cut in two and serve hot, sprinkling a little salt if desired.
