500 gr pirarucú (Amazonian fish), cooked and ground
2 piece(s) scallion stalks, finely chopped
4 tbsp wheat flour
1 piece(s) green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 piece(s) eggs, beaten
salt
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in a container, mix with your hand or with a wooden spoon.
  2. Form balls, which are fried in hot oil until golden.
