Ingredients
1 gr yellow corn
500 gr grated cheese
6 piece(s) beaten eggs
oil
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Grind corn to break it, place in water, wash well, scrub with hands to remove chaff, wash again and cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, place in bowl and mix with cheese, eggs and salt.
  3. Knead well until masa is uniform and smooth.
  4. Form small masses like small arepas and fry in hot oil until golden.
