Directions
- Parboil lobsters for 10 minutes in boiling water.
- Cut shell, remove meat whole, let cool and cut into slices.
- Prepare sauce with lemon juice, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, salt and pepper, in which to marinate slices.
- Serve as appetizer or starter, accompanied with soda crackers.
