Ingredients
2 piece(s) bunches of spinach
1 piece(s) green apple, diced
1/4 cup(s) vinegar
2 tbsp panela (unrefined cane sugar), grated
2 piece(s) tablespoons of olive oil
125 gr bacon
Directions
  1. Wash the spinach very well, remove the veins and chop the green part.
  2. Prepare a cold sauce with the vinegar, oil and panela, and mix well.
  3. Fry the bacon pieces in their own fat until toasted.
  4. Add the apple and mix everything stirring from bottom to top and serve. (Optional: put chopped hard-boiled egg on top when serving).
