350 Arborio or Carnaroli rice
400 Porcini mushrooms
1 Onion
70 Butter
1.2 Broth
Directions
  1. Sauté the chopped onion in butter until golden, then add the porcini sliced into thin pieces.
  2.  When they are browned, add the rice, toast it, then add the broth gradually until cooked, adjusting the salt.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in the remaining butter and a little parmigiano.
  4. Let rest for a few minutes and serve.
