Ingredients
3 leche
de barra de margarina derretida
5 huevos
1 fécula de maíz
4 raíz de papaya cocinada
1 vainilla
1 cup(s) azúcar
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients except the sugar in the blender and blend them.
  2. In a pot, add the cup of sugar and cook while stirring constantly until a caramel forms that is not too dark.
  3. Grease a container with butter and add the caramel, then the blended ingredients.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for two hours in a water bath.
  5. Decorate with papaya root preserves.
