beef brisket cooked with aromatics and processed

Directions
- Put the lard in a hot pot, add the oil, garlic, oregano, onion, pepper, and carrot, previously processed.
- Sauté all of this and add the meat and broth.
- Once all the aromatics and meat boil, add the precooked arracache and salt.
- Mix everything and let it reduce.
- Stir constantly.
- Finally add the Worcestershire sauce and culantro and it's ready.
