Ingredients
10 pacaya flowers
1 roll(s) culantro (sawtooth coriander)
5 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 sweet pepper
2 lard
3 eggs
1 achiote (annatto)
1 salt
1 hot chili pepper
Directions
  1. Chop the pacaya flowers and parboil them with the lard, achiote, and salt.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and let cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. Add the eggs.
  4. Ready to serve.
