Directions
- Add ½ teaspoon of rennet to the gallon of milk.
- Let it rest for 40 minutes, then beat well, remove the whey, and leave it for the next day.
- Then add boiling water, drain well, add the salt and a teaspoon of natilla and shape into small balls so they are nice and tasty.
- Serve with tortillas.
